We have found that .net Developers with 2 years of experience are doing excellent on OutSystems Platform. This program demands for good logical abilities & a passion to develop apps.

Anyone who fits the CodeGold.ai Program criteria can give this test powered by Test Gorilla. This test is a part of mandatory criteria before intern recruitment. 

A few things before you start:

1. This assessment consists of 3 tests and 1 individual custom question. It will take approximately 35 minutes to complete.
2. The assessment is timed. A timer is shown per test or per question.
3. Before each test there may be preview questions, be aware the timer for the test will have already started.
4. Please allow the use of your camera/webcam and do not leave full-screen mode. Snapshots will be taken of you periodically during the assessment. These measures are taken to ensure fairness for everyone.
5. Your assessment contains one or more coding tests. You may leave full-screen mode while working on the coding test. Full-screen will be re-enabled after you finish the coding test.
6. Turn on your speakers or headphones (to play audio).
7. You are free to use a calculator, pen and paper.
8. We recommend completing the assessment in one go.

Yes, the program is hand crafted & we will extend you guidance once you apply for the program. You just have to take first step & mentors will guide you the right path for the program.

You need to pick up a track given in types of app section on website. The demo app will help us understand your design thinking capabilities & will enable interviewer to score you for selection in program.

The program scoring is structured as stated below:

1. 14 Days Self Learning - 20%

2. IPSAT Score - 40%

3. Personal Interview Score - 40%

The final list of intern selection will be prepared based on merit.

If you are mad enough to build apps then we are equally excited to have you on board. This program has no limits of either boundaries or geographies. We are starting with first batch of program with onset of 2022 & we are all geared up to launch more batches in coming days.

You will be paid a monthly stipend of INR 7,500 or 100 USD on being selected in Code Gold Program. The stipend will be paid until 6 months from your internship start date.

Yes, Code Gold is a remote learning program hand curated by Swaran Soft. Every selected intern can pursue this at liberty of Work From Home under program manager's guidance & supervision. This doesn't limit our scope to party together, we will be meeting up for live workshops & lunches to ensure you build right bonds with your peers.

Once selected you need to ensure following compliance for Work From Home Setup:

1. Laptop with 8GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, i5 & above Processor

2. Good Internet Connectivity above 20 MBPS 

3. Calm Working Area with proper Table & Chair for 9 AM -6 PM work slot on weekdays. 

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Attend Training on OutSystems Reactive Developer

2. Complete Training Assessments

3. Work on Projects Assigned 

Post 45 Days you will be evaluated for exam certification & if found fit will be given 200 USD Voucher to attempt Associate Reactive Developer Exam. 

As a qualified intern you are eligible to apply for permanent role in Swaran Soft for openings at that time. If you qualify the certification then company will make you a pre placement offer as per your performance during the program.

Outsystems has many certification programs & we are enabling you for Associate Reactive Developer Exam. Technically after 14 Days one can attempt for Exam but we recommend a hands on approach on platform rather than just theory. You can attempt for exam at your own cost anytime during 6 months of internship. 

This program will not benefit either if you leave in between but in unavoidable circumstances you can request the program manager for termination of internship contract with execution of applicable terms. Refer to your internship contract once you are selected.
